Returns are at the customer's charge. Consolidating multiple orders to be returned in one shipment may not be possible depending on your delivery zone (due to customs legislations), please consider this when purchasing over multiple orders.
Duties and taxes charged to the underargument due to a customer mislabelled return will be deducted from the customer's refund. Please contact us before returning an order.
We will accept the return of a product if it is: not part of a promotion described as non-refundable, proven to be unworn, has the tag attached and intact and returned in its original packaging
Request of return must be addressed to us within 14 days
Products must be returned within 14 business days of request in order to obtain a full refund (excluding shipping fees)
Should your refund make the total value of your order lower than the minimum threshold for free delivery, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from the refund value. This also applies to returns for refunds that benefited from a free delivery offer. Standard delivery charges will be taken out of the refunded value.
Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method
If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to place an order again and new delivery charges will apply
From 10th July 2025, a £3.50 restock fee will be applied to all UK returns
